Terms and Conditions:-
We agree to offer our franchise if you decide to follow the terms and conditions give below:
➤ The agreement will come into existence on the date of acceptance of these terms by the Franchisee and will remain valid for 12 months from the final agreement date until the company or Franchisor would terminate the agreement.
➤ You will agree to provide us all the essential information for the satisfactory performance of our business including well-established shop, maintained warehouse and proper management facility.
➤ You are responsible for supplying the necessary storage facility and security service for the appropriate safety of the products.
➤ You will be liable for any extra expenses and damages resulting from the stored products and expired food products.
➤ The franchisee will have right to terminate this agreement at any time as per his convenient by giving 30 days prior written the notice.
➤ Both Franchisee and Franchisor will maintain the confidentiality of the terms of this agreement and the agreement.
➤ No contract or other variation of this Franchise agreement will be valid unless it is in written form, is dated, and is signed by the authorised representative of both parties.

Termination:-
As the part of PET HOUSE, you agree that company may immediately suspend, terminate, or discontinue for these cause, but is not limited to:
➤ Violation of our terms and condition, incorporated agreement, regulation or guidelines
➤ Unexpected technical or security issues
➤ Extended periods of inactivity in the work
➤ Any engagement by you in any fraudulent or illegal activities
